Commissioned Sales Reps

The company is searching for (2) two dependable and trustworthy sales representatives in the Williamsport, PA and/or Altoona, PA areas.  The sales reps will be responsible for uncovering and growing new opportunities for the company within a 50-100 mile radius of our distribution centers located in Duncansville, PA and/or Williamsport, PA. 

Qualifications:

In order to qualify and fit into our company you must be a "people person"  focused on offering  quality customer care and service.  You should be willing to build long lasting business and personal relationships with customers.  Previous sales experience is not required but it is to your advantage.  Clear communication is vital. Phone, face to face and written communication skills are required.   Basic computer skills are important for communicating with customers via email, logging sales calls into the company database and preparing sales presentations, documents and quotes for customers.

In addition you must be highly ethical and maintain high moral conduct.  Important traits we look for are: honesty, reliability and dependability.  You must also be open to new opportunities in a changing and fast paced environment.  Each candidate will be challenged to meet quarterly sales goals for a one year trail period.  After the initial year, the company will review your salary potential based on sales in your territory for that period of time. 

You will be expected to provide your own vehicle and sales tools.  Monthy expenses and reimbursement will be discussed with "final" candidates.

2nd Shift Full Time Class A CDL Driver:
(Note: A part-time Class A CDL position is also available with a similar job description)

The company is looking for an honest, dependable, person willing and able to work between the hours of 6 PM & 6AM, Monday through Friday.  This position requires 6 to 10 hours on the road, 5 days a week (no Saturday or Sunday), within a 250 mile radius of the Duncansville, PA warehouse location.  No sleepovers are neccessary!

The typical work week will be 40 hours.  Overtime, if necessary (not usually), will be compensated at the rate of 1.5 x the normal hourly wage, after working 40 hours per week.

In addition to this, you will receive full Individual/Family Health Insurance Coverage, (after completing 90 days of service), one week paid vacation, (after one full year of service), plus 6 paid holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth Of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

You must have a minimum of three years over the road driving experience. A basic knowledge of the mechanics of tractors and trailers would also be helpful.  You should also be intimately familiar with the laws and regulations for safe driving as proposed by the PA Department of Motor Vehicles.  You should also be willing to present the most recent copy of your motor vehicle registration record when required. 

You will not, necessarily be required to touch the loads you carry, but you should be willing and able to help unload if you are asked to help.  You will be held responsible for the condition, both inside and out, of the trucks and trailers you are moving.  This includes periodically sweeping out trailers and cleaning out your tractor.  We are looking for drivers who know how to drive and are not afraid to work for a living.  We promise, you will be treated with respect and dignity!
